Our founder + Creative Director, Crystal-Marie Mitchell, is an experienced creative and program manager who is gifted in bringing order to chaos. She has owned IsrylDesigns for over 20 years and runs The Diva Inc. (now The Diva Media Agency, LLC), her content creation and program management company, for over a decade.
Her passion is helping individuals, solopreneurs, and small businesses thrive by setting realistic goals and creating business processes that are simple and efficient. Crystal-Marie knows firsthand how attention to detailed business processes can increase creativity and revenue.
She has developed visual identities for multiple small businesses in her career. She believes that small businesses require excellent branding, visuals, and a cheerleader to advocate for their project or business launch. When you contract with IsrylDesigns, you get an experienced designer who believes in your brand.
Crystal-Marie has a Master of Arts in Industrial Arts from San Francisco State University with an emphasis in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Science from Florida A&M University with an emphasis in Graphic Communication.
She is the author of, The Diva Diaries® Make the Vision Plain Planner & Goal Setting Workbook and several other books under The Diva Diaries® brand.
