The Other Black Voter, Print Design Project

Brief: IsrylDesigns™ was sourced to design three one-pagers for Dr. Amanda Wilkerson's, The Other Black Voter research project, The Other Black Voter: Analyzing the Political Socialization of Florida's HBCU Students, Empowering the Future: Understanding the Political Landscape of Black Youth Voters at Florida's HBCUs, and Unleash Your Civic Engagement Power: Vote, Mobilize, Protect – be ALL IN in November. These one-pagers were distributed on HBCU campuses during the 2024 voting season.

The illustrations were generated using Canva's text to image feature. We wanted to generate images that captured the essence of Black Youth voters on HBCU campuses. We used highly-stylized, yet unique AI illustrations in all three documents to give each one a unique yet cohesive design.
